Located in the heart of everything yet away from everything. This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean with nothing between you and the ocean, but 300 sq. ft. of your exclusive use patio area.
Perfect for two couples. Two bedrooms each with a king bed. Master has a fireplace. Second king bedroom with a separate bath and can be closed off for complete privacy or ideal for family of four to take along Grandma & Grandpa. The third bedroom has twin beds and is located in the wing with the second bedroom.
We also own the condo right next door, on the same floor. It's very similar in size and features as this unit. It's VRBO/Home Away listing number is 624028.
Our place is located just minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village and the airport. It is a short drive to Legoland and Safari Park.
The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, wireless high speed internet. Washer and dryer inside the unit. There is underground side by side parking for two cars.
It is a southern CA classic....cliffs, rocks, beach and pier. Walk to all or view from your condo.

Clean, convenient to some small restaurants and bars. We had some rainy weather and the fireplace kept us cozy and the amazing view made it all worthwhile.

The property was very clean and beautiful inside and out. The beds were all very comfortable however it was difficult to sleep well with all the light coming in the bedrooms all hours of the night. Especially the master and the king bedroom. The neighbor has motion detection bright lights Illuminating the path to their Apartments and those were going off and on all night. If the porch lights were left on in our building the rooms were illuminated also. I really think it would be much appreciated from future guests to have room darkening shades for the light issues. Even more so if you want to try to take a nap during the day. Other improvements that could be made would be a couple more small trash cans for the bedrooms, a better knife assortment along with larger cutting boards and more cooking utensils ie; Bowl scrapers, spatulas, meat thermometer, etc. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not available as it was advertised and we really wanted to use it. Unfortunately, the towels were very hard and scratchy.

Everything was PERFECT! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the view was more beautiful than the pictures make it seem. Also it is super easy to access the beach from there. The living area is larger than it looks. 7 fit comfortably around the table. We felt at home. We will definitely go back!

This was our second time staying in this area. We chose Donna’s condo because we knew the views were amazing. The home was just as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. She had a high chair and a pack’n play for our toddler. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and watching the gorgeous sunsets at night. It was an easy walk down to the beach area, as well. We also walked to restaurants in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
