La ubicació.
Molt poca vaixella, no hi ha ni 4 tasses pel cafè, no culleres, paelles i olles completament rascades i inservibles. Vem trobar moltes coses brutes al arribar guardades al armari.
Als costats de la casa hi ha 2 apartaments més sense separació fisica, no hi ha cap informació d'això al web.
No funcionen molts dels llums i les persianes del saló no es poden baixar.
Tamborets per seure a la taula incòmodes per estar molta estona.
