全ての面において、最高のホテルでした。私たち夫婦は定年退職後、年に海外旅行3回、国内旅行3回と2カ月置きに旅行をしています。ですのでホテルもコスパの良い、グレードも高くない所を選んでおります。ここはアルルの旧市街地から徒歩10分位の立地です。部屋はとても広く4部屋あります。川沿いのロケーション、可動式のフランスベッド、足を投げ出す程のバスタブ、電動カーテン、素泊り予約なのに、朝食用のパンが山盛り、コーヒー、紅茶が飲み放題、早く到着したことを電話で告げたら昼12時にチェックインさせてくれました。こんなにホスピタリティのあるホテルは人生初めてです。本当に感激しました。

N’hésitez vraiment pas si vous êtes dans la région d’Arles, l’appartement de Karine et Thierry est vraiment très très bien. Spacieux, au calme, proche d’une boulangerie et Intermarché, restaurants agréable dans le coin. Et quand à Karine une hôtesse pleine de bienveillance, attentionnée, de bons conseils, très sérieuse, réponds aux messages et se soucie de ses hôtes. Une perle vraiment. Et même le café et diverses gourmandises sont là pour le petit déjeuner. Merci Karine pour tout.

L'appartement était très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Arles et pouvoir se garer devant l'appartement est très pratique. L'accueil de Karine est très agréable. Merci pour la souplesse sur l'heure d'arrivée.
J'aime pas trop les parfums de synthèse.
