My daughter and shared this room… it was safe, central, clean with a delightful and communicative host ( Olga). Access to WiFi was simply and access straightforward. Recommend.

Pros
Olga was responsive to questions and accommodating when we told her about our flight delay and if we could move the reservation one day later.
Quiet neighborhood
Close to grocery store sainsbury
Close to beautiful walks by Hampton estate, Thames river walk, Richmond nature park.
Cons
The room needs a small fan oscillating fan for air circulation. We could open the windows a little
but a small fan would have helped loads.
The toilet bowl was a little dirty upon arrival.
There was an hair ball on bathroom floor upon arrival.
Shower was very slow to drain. Seems to be a hair clog
The listing said “car available” and “oven”. There is no car available to use and no oven, just a microwave.

Olga was so sweet! Had an i convenience and she let us check in earlier. She had quick response time, and the place was so cute and in a lovely neighborhood

Olga greeted us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. When we arrived she had a litre of milk, some fresh fruit, coffee and tea along with biscuits for us. Also a chocolate on each pillow! She was extremely helpful throughout our 1 week stay. She helped us with a SIM card, got us a bodum to use for coffee, and answered all our questions very quickly. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Kingston train station. And then a 30 minute train ride to downtown London. Close by is a grocery store with plenty of pre-made meals if you plan on eating in. Having access to a washer and dryer is definitely a plus. In floor heating was a nice bonus.
The only drawback that we found was you had to exit the bedroom to access the bathroom. The hall to the bathroom was a communal hall but the bathroom was ours alone.
