In order to offer you cool summer afternoons, we have opted for air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a fourth in the living space.
This beautiful residence on 2 levels is made up of:
Ground floor with entrance, WC, fitted kitchen, dining room and living room leading to the garden.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds, bathroom and separate WC.
For more comfort, 2 WCs are available within the house
The wooded garden, not overlooked, invites you to relax, offering a magnificent view of its swimming pool and its deckchairs to cool off on sunny days. Share a moment of conviviality in the garden furniture around an aperitif or a grill under the shaded pergola.
You can park very easily in the parking lot in the cul-de-sac as well as in front of the house.
