Very well located, villa quite modern comfort of 130 m2. 10 minutes from Nimes and its Roman remains, 20 minutes from the river and the Pont du Gard and 25 minutes from the sea (Grau King, La Grande Motte, Les Saintes Marie ...).

Seul point négatif la climatisation en option avec un coût important
