About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 55 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Martigues, less than 500 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 12 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi, sheets included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 12 m² living room with dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room
- Separate WC
- Washing machine
on the first floor
- Sofa, TV
- Bedroom: double bed (140×190), dressing room
on the mezzanine
- Sleeping area: two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan.
Outside (south-facing):
- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden below the terrace
- An enclosed 21 m² terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days (a road separates the house from the terrace).
The house is ideally located in Martigues, 8 km from the town centre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lavéra, about 7 km by car
- Nearest airport: Marseille, about 30 km by car

- Bed linen is included but towels are not provided. Please bring your own for your stay.
- Free Wi-Fi available
- The property is located close to an EDF power station that is currently being dismantled.
- The mobile network is virtually non-existent in the house.
- Steep staircase to access the mezzanine.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
