Wonderful location, very quiet but only a few steps from the main street in the Lapad area. Comfy bed and kitchen has everything you need. Good A/C as well.

Great location. Off the Main Street very close to the beach and restaurants. Had some AC which kept the place a nice temperature. Met the host on our checkout and she was so kind! Would love to stay here in the future.
Internet was a little slow, but we came for the sun!

the bed was really comfortable and the location was great! it’s 1 bus closer to the old town.
the private bathroom could be inside the room but besides it was all good.
