The location was great, close to everything we needed.
• The check-in process was smooth and easy.
• The host sorted out the broken shower very quickly – they replaced it the next morning.
The stairs… 🫣🤦♀️ OMG! I knew it was on the 3rd floor with no lift, but these stairs were brutal!
• The shower wasn’t working – we didn’t have hot water on the first night.
• The flat didn’t even have a proper brush, which made it really hard to keep tidy.
• The beds were really flimsy. Every little move made them wobble, and we were worried they might collapse.
