The location was perfect. Our apt no 8 was nice and quiet, we liked the train noises! It was clean. The bed and bedding was very comfortable.

It would be very suitable for a couple, but we booked with two children, aged 12 and 10, and it was very cramped, as there was no real living/dining space with the sofa bed set up, and no real place to sit to eat even without it. The single beds for the kids were comfortable. However, the sofa bed that my wife and I slept on was very uncomfortable. The main living room, which the sofa bed was in, had brought spot lighting, but there was only one small lamp between the two rooms, which we placed in the kids' room. The kitchen was fairly basic, which is understandable. However, there was no plug for the sink, which made washing dishes rather awkward. There was initially no sponge, dish towel, or washing up liquid, but these were kindly provided by the staff once we pointed it out. There was a washing machine for washing clothes, but we couldn't find anything to hang clothes on to dry them. Fortunately, we didn't need to wash clothes.
