About this house rental
Private large room and bathroom with private entrance in beautiful Carmel. Ocean views from the bedroom and deck. Private deck. 20 minutes walk to downtown Carmel and 25 minutes to the beach. Please note that there are steps to the room. The steps are in the side yard, not steep but quite a few steps.
A small refrigerator, microwave in the room. Close to Carmel Mission, Big Sur, Point Lobos, beaches. Attractions are all close! Wifi available.
Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Conveniently located a few miles from Monterey, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach. Carmel Valley is close by with wineries and hiking trails to explore. The weather here is beautiful!
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck with ocean views before heading out to downtown Carmel or to the beach.
Complimentary coffee pods, 2 water bottles, tea bags.
Shared laundry with cleaning supplies. Iron and ironing board in the laundry area.
If you have physical limitations going up and down the steps, then this may not be the best fit for you.
Parking: You may park on the curbside anywhere except at a spot which is marked as private parking by owner (our immediate neighbor up the hill)

We had a wonderful stay at Seema’s property. It was nice and cozy to come back to after days of hiking and exploring Carmel and Monterrey Bay. The morning views were beautiful and serene, drinking our coffee on the deck before we headed out to explore. The sunsets were spectacular and just amazing!Thank you Seema for sharing your property! Highly recommended for a quiet getaway and exploring this beautiful coastline!

Was very pleased with our stay! The place was easy to find and directions very clear. The place was clean and set up nicely for a couple. We had a great view of the ocean and sunset and enjoyed a bottle of wine on the deck. Would love to stay here again.

It was perfect for a little getaway to Carmel, we really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, spacious and there were thoughtful little touches which meant we had everything we needed. The deck and the view of the water was wonderful to experience.
