About this cottage rental
Polmark Beach Cottages is a select development of traditional houses with communal courtyard gardens, located within just a few hundred meters of the beach at Harlyn Bay. Nestled in the courtyard you will find Gwylan, an ideal base to retire to after a busy day of exploring the coast.
Step inside and be welcomed by an open plan style living area with comfortable sitting room to one side and a contemporary kitchen to the other. There are two bedrooms, a spacious king room and a twin room, with velux windows flooding the first floor in natural light, and also a modern shower room between the two.
INSIDE SPACE...
On the ground floor you are greeted by a spacious open plan living area, including a gorgeous kitchen with stylish tones of grey and dark blue and wooden countertops tying in with the flooring. With dining furniture, stools at the breakfast bar and comfortable sofas in the sitting room, there is plenty of room for the family to gather together when planning the next activities or replaying the day’s events! Head upstairs when the day is done, there is a large master room with king-size bed, a twin bedroom and a shower room with modern white tiling.
OUTSIDE SPACE...
Gwylan has the use of the communal gardens within the grounds. There is a central courtyard with a few tables and chairs dotted around, and a second courtyard area at the south of the development with a BBQ area and sunny aspect. Of course, the beach is just 2 minutes away so that’s the best garden possible!
