Located within the gated Ocean Blue development, just 50m from the golden sands of Treyarnon Bay, is The Watergate, a bright and contemporary apartment laid over two floors.
The modern open plan living area has patio doors out onto the balcony so you can look out over the stunning scenery and listen to the waves breaking from the comfort of the apartment. With a minimalist style, the interior is clean and simple with a sleek kitchen and breakfast bar with stools for dining, a leather corner sofa and flat screen TV - if you can manage taking your eyes off of the mesmerising blue waters!
Upstairs there are two cosy bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests, a king and a twin room, both with stylish en-suite shower facilities. The master room is positioned at the front of the apartment looking out to sea, a perfect view to start the morning with.
INSIDE SPACE...
On the lower floor of the apartment, the entrance hall provides stairs to the upper floor and a practical cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin. Through to the open plan living room, a social area with a modern white kitchen including a built in dishwasher and washing machine. There are stools at the breakfast bar for dining and a corner sofa for lounging. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony which has a small table and four chairs.
Up the stairs and you have two bedrooms. The master room with king-sized bed enjoys the amazing sea views and a contemporary en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, suitable for children (2’6” width) and another stylishly tiled en-suite shower room.
