Sea Breeze is a spacious, beautifully presented, bright and airy holiday home on the first floor of a large Victorian Villa in the heart of Hunstanton, with sea views from the living room bay window .
This wonderful apartment has been carefully furnished and equipped to a high standard by its owners, to comfortably sleep six guests within its three roomy bedrooms. It is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach and the many local amenities including the Princess Theatre and a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Communal entrance hall: Spacious entrance hall with carpeted stairs to the first floor. The stairs are not steep and there is a handrail. A private door leads into the apartment.
The accommodation is all on one level with carpeted floors in the living areas.
Living/Dining room: This is a superb well-proportioned light and spacious room with sea views from the bay window. Beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, a smart TV, together with a dining table comfortably seating six, enjoying fabulous sea views.
Kitchen: Well-equipped and contemporary with integral oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Bedroom 1: Beautifully presented room at the front of the apartment. Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers, hanging space and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom at the back can be arranged as two singles beds - 2ft 6 twin beds or as a King bed on request, chest of drawers, hanging space and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with full size single beds with a bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and clothes hanging area.
Shower Room: With a step in shower, WC, hand-basin with mirror over and a heated towel rail.
Bathroom: Panelled bath with shower over, WC, basin with mirror over and a heated towel rail.
There is a highchair available at this property. All duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic.
Outside
There is one designated parking space to the rear of the property and unrestricted roadside parking nearby.

A well equipped apartment that was very comfortable. All amenities just a short stroll away so the car was parked in the designated spot and did not move until we packed up to come home. Lovely quiet area. Weather was glorious but maybe a tad too warm for us, however the apartment was relatively cool and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.
