Lavenders is a three bedroom, well equipped, modern bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Holme-next-the-Sea. The property is located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the North Norfolk coast. Approximately 300m from an extensive sandy beach backed by sand dunes. Holme-next-the-Sea is 2 miles east of Hunstanton and is totally unspoilt and has a traditional pub and an internationally renowned bird observatory. Two long distance walking routes meet in the village, namely the Roman Peddars Way which starts in Thetford Forest and the North Norfolk Coastal Path which runs from Hunstanton to Cromer. The Hunstanton golf course also extends to Holme-next-the-Sea. The mainly sandy beach is huge.

Had such a lovely time at Lavenders it was clean and well equipped property . It really felt like home where we could all relax. The garden space and outlook was perfect for us all with the added benefit of having the beach and beautiful walks within walking distance. We had an age range of between 10 years- 67 years and everyone of our group had an amazing time thank you

This is one of the best places in Holme next the sea, wonderful location you can walk to the beach and reserve.dishwasher, plenty hot water,nice and warm , everything you need.it’s not modern but it’s clean and suits us, would recommend, good communication from owner, will stay again.

Lovely location . Desperately needs modernising and also a further bathroom . No mirrors in any of the bedrooms. Had to sit in the hall to do hair, makeup etc. Oven appeared dirty also hidden corners not clean. Garden was well kept but in no way dog proof.
On the positive side the property had good heating facilities plus plenty of hot water . Kitchen was well equipped. Repairs were actioned quickly.
