L emplacement est top l appartement est spacieux et confortable avec un magnifique bar .
Salle de bain sombre et douche petite le haut de gamme est peut être ambitieux pour la douche et le balcon étroit. Mais ça reste très correct pour une nuit de passage .

Comfortable, spacious apartment, close to bus and train station for users of public transport and close to a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. The hosts responded to our queries promptly and in very good English (my French is not good enough for conversation). Chalon is a clean, pleasant town with a number of it's historical sites undergoing restoration. There was a good selection of multi lingual tourist information in the apartment, also a small selection of toys and colouring materials for younger visitors.
The nearest all day free parking is about a 20 minute walk away, there is a small carpark opposite the apartment which is free between 7pm and 9am and on Sunday, however this fills up quickly during the free periods. We arrived about 45 minutes early and could not access the keys, so we waited until the agreed arrival time, thinking that the host was going to set the code at that time, but apparently the cleaner had changed the lockbox code prior to our arrival, unfortunate but not really a complaint, a couple of text messages sorted it out.

Lot cassé dans une des chambres. Bruit de voisinage (télé) incessant et en pleine nuit pour deux chambres.
