Very clean and beautiful with a very comfortable bed and good size of the bathroom as well

The small studio itself was fine but lots of things need to be improved. See below.
The biggest problem here is the area. Terrible part of Bournemouth (drunks and drug addicts) and the entrance to the building was like a ghetto. The parking area and behind the building are shocking. There is lots of trash from months ago. A reviewer mentioned it a month ago and that same trash and more is there now. I told the host but she just told me it was down to the management company to clean outside. Yes, but down to the owners to make sure the management company cleans outside. I had to move trash out of the way every morning when I left the building. The fan was broken and just thrown in the closet. Not a single hanger in the closet. The duvet and mattress had urine staines. DISGUSTING! Don’t try and tell me the cleaner has not seen this when changing the sheets and that she has not informed the host about it. No lid on the bin, I guess it broke and was never replaced. The toilet seat was loose, the dining room table was unstable, dirty sofa, no clothes rack to dry wet clothes. Weak WI-FI connection, the shower door was loose, flood lights went on outside all night every time someone passed them. The neighbours upstairs walked around from early in the morning and the neighbours next door had screaming kids. The apartment directly below has a patio and the people who stayed there were very noisy when sitting outside. The studio is not very well maintained which is a shame. I have stayed in other apartments in the building which were better maintained. Sadly I will not return and I also canceled the future reservation I had for this apartment.
