Very clean & nice apartment.
The WI FI was not good at all & kept going off very frequently. Needs to be addressed.
No parking for a van so had to pay daily to park.

Given the late switch to a smaller Flat 9, the actual flat was well furbished and clean. Beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable). Kitchen equipment was basic and limited, but adequate.
The location was just off the long park along the Bourne into town, a 20 minute walk which was very pleasant in the daytime.
There was apparently a late problem (1 week out) with Flat 1 and we were switched to Flat 9. While we appreciated not simply being cancelled, Flat 9 seemed a good bit smaller than the Flat 1 pictures, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in a very small 'dining room' which was largely filled by the bed. As we were three separate adults, we used all three beds and rooms, so there was no seating or dining area. It did feel we had paid for a bigger flat and ended up with a smaller one.
Sound proofing was not great, though most other residents seemed reasonable about noise later in the evening.
The location is fairly close to a busy main road, and some might prefer to be closer to the centre.

The apartment does not look like the photographs.
