Very well positioned for us with easy access from the motorway and to our evening event.
The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable.
When we arrived the house was really cold, the heating was off and most of the windows were open on the latch. Luckily we were going out so we didn’t have to sit in the cold while the property warmed up.
The PowerPoints next to the beds in the second room didn’t seem to work apart from 1 so it was a choice between charging my phone or plugging in the bedside light.
I’d asked if it was possible to make the second room as a double which the host very kindly said they’d arrange. Unfortunately this wasn’t done.
The sofa was partly broken and very uncomfortable.
We only stayed one night and didn’t use the kitchen.

Overall excellent value for money, perfect for our needs. Spotless throughout. Beds very comfortable.
The only thing I would’ve liked is more comfortable sofa/chairs in the living room and that is a fairly minor issue

The house was perfect for us for staying after Christmas. The house is very well stocked and very clean. Great garden for the dog and easy to park. Bedroom and bathrooms are really spacious and it’s a comfortable home
