Host and location
There are certain things that need updating, being pans , cutlery, cooker needs a good clean , washing machine door is still broken and was in June so machine could not be used. Bathroom tiles need cleaning. Carpets need cleaning.

Spacious property with plenty areas to socialise Lounge . Dining room . large exceptionally well appointed Kitchen even a consevetory lots of games and books for guests Fresh Milk in fridge and coffee etc . Neighbours were very friendly and helpful very quiet immaculate residental area a short walk from town centre , close to supermarket and fuel station
Having to head back to Scotland only issue we had was the screws had come loose on a bedroom door {prior to our arrival) but the house was otherwise immaculate and well fitted out

Location excellent for us, parking easy with permit.
Heating was good but impossible to change start time as we had to rise early.
The fact we were not informed the conservatory and garden were shared with the owner next door, Very unprofessional.
Throughout the whole property the cleanliness was poor. The house is in need of updating all facilities out of date.
Owners personal old possessions in all drawers and cupboards should be removed.
In kitchen and bathroom left over items such as open food and water bottles, half full shower items left in cupboards really should all be thrown away. (Horrible) Sofa in living room like a beanbag hard to get up from!
