L’emplacement était pratique pour les Médiévales de St-Ursanne. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et excellent et le personnel accueillant. La chambre était magnifique et il y avait des produits de qualité à disposition. C’est appréciable.
Le prix est élevé mais ça en valait la peine. Il faut savoir se faire plaisir de temps en temps.
La crème de jour à disposition arrivait au bout mais nous avons quand même pu la tester.

Wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und sauber. Welcome-Drink war sehr lecker und dir Ausdtattung im Zimmer hervorragend.

Leider entspricht das Hotel aktuell nicht den Erwartungen.
Die Sauna war aufgrund einer defekten Tür (Abdichtung) kaum nutzbar.
Auch der Zimmerservice war unzureichend (am Ostersonntag keine frischen Handtücher oder Nachfüllung von Verbrauchsartikeln wie zum Beispiel Klopapier und Kaffekapseln). Zudem wirkte das Personal insgesamt eher distanziert als gastfreundlich. Schade, da das Hotel grundsätzlich viel Potenzial hätte
