Large and very well equipped property. Beautiful swimming pool with wonderful views over La Spezia; loads of lovely outdoor seating/lounging areas, large and comfortable rooms. We didn't use the jacuzzi, steam room or outdoor kitchen in the few days we had. It's a great base to visit the Cinque Terre (we drove down the hill into town and took a train from La Spezia station which is then just a few minutes into each of the five towns). La Spezia also has a lovely downtown area, nice restaurants and boat hire.
Be cautious renting this property for elderly people, and it will be difficult with very young kids due to the steep and uneven stairs in the outside areas.
