Very close to Bournemouth town, there is also a McDonald’s, Lidl, Aldi and garage down the road! £10 uber into bmouth town which is perfect
Some of the house was quite worn, the chairs were a bit knackered and some lights were hanging out the ceiling.

The rooms were quite spacious and maintained well. The bathrooms were very clean. Check in and check out process was very smooth. The host was very responsive even on Christmas eve which I am very grateful for!

Plenty of room and easy access to town. Private parking was very useful as well.
The property was not as well maintained as the photos advertised. In addition, there were several patches of black mould in the room, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. The amenities were also limited. The listing stated that towels would be provided, but when we arrived, there were none available, and a used (wet) towel had been left out. We also noticed that the fire extinguisher appeared to have already been used, which raised safety concerns.
