The building was nice and new.
Staff at checkin was unfriendly. Nobody else was in the lobby. Did not acknowledge us when we walked in. Refrigerator had food left in it and wasn’t clean. The bathroom counter was not clean. There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom. We checked in after dark and walked into a pitch black room with our hands full of luggage. Flipped the light switch and nothing. It would have been nice to know at check in that you have to insert your key card in the wall by the light switch to activate the electricity in the room. Biggest factor in this less than perfect rating is the lack of comfort!! The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows went flat. Very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. Not the typical Home 2 mattress.
