In the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 40 m² house for rent, about 300 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a pretty terrace. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- An 18 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Bernières-sur-Mer beach and sailing school. There are also many beaches nearby (Courseulles sur Mer, St Aubin sur mer, etc.). You can also take advantage of the many walks and cycle rides starting from the accommodation. For history lovers, don't miss a visit to the Juno Beach centre, the D-Day landing beaches, the American and German cemeteries or the Caen Memorial. Equestrian centre and tennis courts. JOA casino in St Aubin.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

Ethoucky "Everything we needed
My son and i had a week to explore Normandy. Ethoucky proved to be an excellent base for our needs.
It was clean and comfortable and equipped with all we needed for our stay. With excellent local amenities and within very close proximity to the beach. We visited plenty of D day museums, beaches and sights and this proved easy from this location.
If we returned to the area again i wouldn't hesitate to re book.
