Bernières, a small family seaside resort on the Côte de Nacre located between Courseulles and Saint Aubin, has managed to retain a village side, a certain authenticity and a natural charm. People come here mainly to enjoy the sea and its nautical activities, or simply to relax and rest.
From there you can visit Normandy, its beach side as well as its country side, visit its nearest cities such as Caen (16km) or Bayeux (25km) and the landing beaches, or take advantage of the many activities and distractions offered nearby (restaurants , cinema, bowling, mini golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing club, thalassotherapy, casino, etc.).
Located in a small quiet residence less than 100 meters from Intermarché, this 2-room apartment with patio includes:
- a main room with a double sofa bed (television, internet access) and kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, etc.),
- a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed,
- a corridor with lots of storage,
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
- separate toilets.
Weekly rental (charges included)
Weekend or mini-week rental possibilities out of season July / August and spring school holidays.

Pas d'ampoule car culot cuit dans le wc.
ménage pas fait - " moutons sous le lit etc.. "
hotte lumière hors service " cuite "
lit chambre = lit d'armée merci. non pratique pour personne appareillée.

Location correcte
Cependant aurait besoin d'un bon "rajeunissement" (plaques électriques hors d'âge, porte fenêtre passoire à courants d'air,...)
MAIS la vue exceptionnelle et directe sur la mer fait tout oublier !

Bon emplacement. Calme Vue imprenable sur la plage et mer. Matelas clic clac ou. Matelas lits superposés trop fins.
Manque précisions pratique : différents lieux pour courses, boulangerie, marche, poissonnerie, ...espace poubelle.

Appartement en front de mer, ce qui permet de profiter de la vue en cas de mauvais temps, top ! L appartement est conforme aux photos. Autre point positif, nous avons pu le libérer en début d après midi, top pour partir après le biberon de bébé.
Point négatif, le menage n était visiblement pas fait lorsqu'on est arrivé, apparemment, cela n arrive jamais, c est tombé sur nous, mais à 350 euros les 4 nuits (soit près de 90 euros la nuit) on pourrait s attendre à ce que ça soit nickel, d'autant plus en tant de covid, pas très rassurant. Nous avons fait le choix d'y rester car après 3h de route, pas l énergie de chercher ailleurs, mais nous avons fait le ménage avant de nous installer.
