Superb modern property in a prime location ,offers the perfect base for exploring Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Recently refurbished 2 bedroom property presented as fully-equipped in aspects to provide a home from home experience.

The ground floor is all open plan.

The living area contains a Smart TV, comfortable sofa, dining table & chairs

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need at this home from home including hob, oven, crockery, toaster, kettle, washer and dryer etc.

The living area provides a comfortable sofa that converts to a sofa bed for the 5th person if required.

There is a WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs the main shower room offer a spacious modern shower, WC and basin.

The 2 bedroom's both have 2 single beds in each. These can be converted to double beds.

There is easy parking for 2 cars directly to the rear of the property

The is a pleasant rear patio rear garden with garden furniture for you to relax outside.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
