Set over two floors of a Georgian town house the property benefits from a large balcony, 2 private parking spaces and various original features. Fully equipped as your home from home.
The space
The top floor offers a bright and spacious living room with original Georgian features and a comfy sofa bed, ideal for putting your feet up after a busy day. At request this sofa bed can sleep an additional two guests. The heart of the home is warm and well equipped offering a large dining table perfect for enjoying a freshly cooked meal.
Follow the winding staircase down and discover the double bedrooms. Hang up your jackets and get cosy under the duvet with a great book. Open the door at the end of the well-lit hall way and check out the large south facing balcony area. Your own private outdoor space hidden in the center of the city, have a glass of wine under the stars.
Dress to impress and explore Bristol. The ground floor is also equipped with a laundry room and modern bath room.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire flat to themselves. There are two parking spaces at the back of the property (please park on the right hand side). Follow the stairs onto the balcony and then into the property via your private entrance.
Other things to note
For those of you staying for some time recycling is collected every Thursday morning, general waste is collected every other Monday. Ask for details..

Max was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful! We loved the original Georgian details such as wooden folding window blinds, and the more modern touches like the terrific cheetah and flamingo print wallpapers in the bedrooms.

I had the most wonderful night staying at Max's flat in central Bristol with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding. It was so spacious and airy and had wonderful light in the morning. Max was so easy to communicate with and allowed me to check out late to give enough time to finish getting my hair and makeup done. It was a wonderful stay, I can't thank you enough!!

What a great property, perfect in every way. Max is a very professional and courteous host - nothing is too much trouble. The property is clean with everything you need, including coffee for the cafetière. The location gives easy access to everywhere.
