Our Aosta Valley is a "little corner of paradise," and in Roisan, 8 km from Aosta, you can find the apartment Orsa Minore, obtained from a careful renovation.
Countless walks that the territory of Roisan offers with even starting at the back of the house both on foot and by bicycle and in any season.
Free parking and children's playground nearby.
The property is only a 20-minute drive from the departure of the Aosta/Pila gondola and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Crevacol (downhill, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing), Bionaz and Flassin (cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing).
A few minutes' drive away is the Buthier stream and the large reservoir of Place Moulin excellent places for walking and fishing.

The apartment is tastefully and functionally furnished, combining a modern style with a rustic mountain style.

Pros: The apartment was located in a very pretty area, was very peaceful and had lovely views of the mountains. A perfect location for walking.
Cons: One of the balconies unfortunately had the views of the mountains obscured by a hedge.
There was a lack of privacy on the shared balcony due to an inadequate fence.
There were no cushions on the outdoor furniture.
