PORT-LOUIS - REF 491 - (Virtual tour available upon request) - Sleeps 2 to 10 people - Located just 150 meters from the beautiful coves and in the heart of the village, this superb 1930s house has been successfully renovated and extended. On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace opens onto a corner terrace overlooking an open garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. The first half-landing has two bedrooms (one with a single bed and the other with a double bed) and a shower room with laundry facilities and a toilet. On the second half-landing, a mezzanine overlooking the living room offers additional sleeping space (sofa bed 140cm, no shutters). The second floor comprises two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and a bathroom with toilet. The house has a private enclosed garden with a sheltered area and Wi-Fi. Parking is available in front of the house.
*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Optional hotel services: 90cm bed linen set = €14, 140cm bed linen set = €18, bath towel = €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, tea towel kit €4, travel cot or high chair €15
Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.

The town offers restaurants, bar, carousel, playground, skate park, creeks, boat shuttle to Gâvres and Lorient. In addition in summer, organization of night markets on Tuesday evening and shuttle to Larmor-Plage and Groix will punctuate your holidays.
