About this villa rental
After the wrought iron gate, a gritted road along the landscaped garden leads to the interior courtyard by the South and the East to the North of the house. On the ground floor: the garage (39 m2) is for 2 cars and gives access to the laundry room. The entrance gate gives access to a big hall (16m2)and opens to the living room (47m2) with leather furniture and a dining room. The eastern side of the house has202 bedrooms (18 and 13m2), a dressing room (5m2), a shower room (5m2) and 2 separated toilets. The western side has the kitchen (30m2) with a kitchen island and another table in the dining room. From this area, you have access to the wine cellar, the laundry room with washing machine and to the garage. Upstairs: in this area, the staircase leads to the first floor to the mezzanine (television area 12m2) that opens to the suite (bedroom of 20m2, bathroom, separated toilets, wardrobe ), and to an area with sofa bed that opens to 3 other bedrooms and separated toilets.

Belle maison confortable et bien agencée dans un bel environnement. Chacun peut y trouver son intimité au moment souhaité et profiter de la convivialité dans des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs très agréables.

Votre maison est accueillante, et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Elle est très lumineuse, spacieuse, propre et dans un lieu calme ! Le linge de maison est parfaitement adapté au besoin, et pour nous qui venons de loin, trouver les lits faits à l'arrivée nous a fait très plaisir. Un endroit où nous reviendrons hors saison, pour encore plus profiter des plages de sable fin, des sentiers côtiers, et des alentours (Quimper, Concarneau, Pont Aven, les iles Glénan, Groix, Belle Ile, Houat, Hoedic...)
