Close to downtown. Safe neighborhood. Close to popular restaurants and two separate streets with bars. 5 minutes away from The Pearl (most popular public development in town) and 5 minutes to downtown.
A very quite neighborhood as this property is surrounded by a private catholic school and other historic homes! Within a 2 min walk there is a long storied mexican restaurant in the event you decided to drink before you eat!
Public parking along any of the streets. Alley behind the house makes it easy to park a larger vehicle and to move in and out. Parking on the street is public and free as well!
- No smoking inside of the condo. If smoke is detected, there will be a $250 fine.
