I booked really late in the day and the host was very punctual with send over all the details and made the whole booking effortless. The room was clean and tidy with just about all you need to feel comfy and get a night's rest

The spacious room, comfy bed, cosy chair to sit-in, parking off the road, kitchen facilities microwave oven etc. The shared bathroom/shower which is kept clean and tidy with a powerful shower which is important to have after a days graft.
I have marked down the Host score because I never sore him/her which was a shame.
The blinds in the room could be better that is to say that they could have let less light into the room but this is only a minor point (unless you are working nights), parts of the shower in the smaller room needs a little attention as not to spray water onto the floor prior to entering (joints to heads leaking) but again once you know about these things you can mitigate without any hassle.

For Cambridge this was excellent value for money, nice to have the use of a cooker and a washing machine. Even had a fridge in the room.
Slight danger of getting blocked in when you park at the front of the property, and a bit of a walk into Cambridge city centre.

Es war sehr ruhig. Preis war okay aber könnte trotzdem besser machen
Sauberkeit, Ausstattung kann besser sein. Es war bisschen veraltet.
