Apartament był bardzo wygodny, z przestronnym salonem, w ciepłe dni na pewno przydaje się duży taras. Sypialnie też są uczciwych rozmiarów. W kuchni było wszystko, co potrzebne i czekał na nas nawet noworoczny upominek od gospodarzy :) Korzystaliśmy z podziemnego parkingu pod budynkiem. Bardzo pomocne były zdjęcia od gospodarzy, dzięki którym bez problemu dostaliśmy się na parking i do apartamentu. Dzielnica wydaje się być spokojna, a z okien widać ładnie utrzymany wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Blisko do stacji metra, raz z Montmartre jechaliśmy tu nawet autobusem, trochę to trwało, ale za to po drodze zobaczyliśmy wiele atrakcji Paryża.
Sąsiedzi są wrażliwi na dźwięki - po pierwszej nocy sąsiad przyszedł do nas i zwrócił uwagę, że zachowywaliśmy się za głośno, choć zachowywaliśmy się tak jak zawsze. Przeszkadzały mu chyba odgłosy związane z naszym rozpakowywaniem się i przesuwaniem sprzętów. Trzeba dodać, że w całym budynku podczas naszego kilkudniowego pobytu panowała idealna cisza.

The apartment is very spacious and located in safe and quiet area. We really liked the location as it was safe to walk around in the evening and we had very quiet nights to sleep in comfortable beds and dark rooms. The apartment got everything you need
There is a group of parrots in the garden, which was great for our daughter. She was happy to watch them everyday eating fruits from trees.
There is about 600m to metro stop which takes you to the city centre in 30-40mins for €2.55 p/p
