The hotel was pleasant and is in a quiet area in the inner suburbs of Paris, close to the metro and with local amenities, including a covered market, supermarkets, bars and bakery. The staff were very friendly and the value for money compared to other places in Paris was excellent.
Cleanliness was largely alright but unfortunately I did find a large hair in the middle of the sink when I first went into the bathroom. While this wasn't an issue for me, people should be aware that rooms are accessed via a tight staircase.

J’ai fortement apprécier l’accueil. Le personnel a été adorable .
Il y a un gardien la nuit, c’est sécurisant. Le quartier est sécurisé , juste à côté d’un marché le dimanche matin, de bar et de boulangerie. Emplacement top.
15 mn de la gare en uber. Sinon il y’a la ligne 13 direct Gare Montparnasse.
