Beautiful and peaceful Linda Vista home near University of San Diego less than 3 miles from the ocean. Renovated 2020, exterior landscaped in 2023, furnished in December 2023. Gated front yard and backyard. Long gated driveway for two cars. Street parking as well. Peaceful neighborhood. Quiet street with an ocean breeze. This home is the right side of a duplex. One shared wall with a long-term tenant who is very quiet. This home is available as early as May 1 and as late as September 30.

Stayed here for a few weeks and had a great time. The area was quiet and I was able to commute around since its nearby the malls and grocery stores. The host was communicative and friendly. He let me stay here with my pets, inside there was wifi and all the necessities needed to stay if planning to sleep/cook/do laundry. There was no A/C but with the fresh san diego weather, the opened windows work just fine!
