About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This three-bedroom two-bath home has been completely remodeled. Relax on the back porch and sip on one of the many local wineries within walking distance. This home is located on the outskirts of Medford but minutes from downtown Jacksonville. The living room has an electric fireplace with amazing views of the wine country hillsides. Close enough to town to have great wifi while in a country private setting.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds while the third room is set up as an office with a double-size trundle bed. Private setting with amazing views. New construction. The property is on a well. Please preserve water.
Guests have full access to the property. Please do not go down the driveway. It is shared and the neighbors do not traffic.

We had a great stay at this house. Was perfect for our families needs! The house is well appointed, updated and clean with comfy beds! Beautiful view from the back porch, a quick drive to Jacksonville. We would stay again.

Overall a great little place to stay. The smell by the back deck was a little off putting but the view great. Only a 5 uber ride to town was a bonus.

The home is freshly remodeled and a quiet, clean, comfortable, well appointed place to stay in the area. Host is welcoming and responsive. The outside deck is a huge plus.

If you're not familiar with the area it might seem a little far out. There isn't a good place to get out and walk because it sits next to a fairly busy road. However, there was very little road noise. The house was clean and comfortable and the view from the back deck was very nice.walkwalkVery clean
