This cocoon is located in a former private mansion (there are 5 apartments in the building).
The high ceilings (3.70 m) and herringbone parquet flooring add to its charm!
This comfortable apartment comprises
- bedroom with double bed ;
- en-suite shower room with washbasin (shower is with an opening of 41cm) ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a living room with sofa bed ;
- and a terrace with pergola to enjoy the outdoors.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and peacefulness, overlooking the green promenade.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Bicycle, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Programmable filter coffee machine, printer in the office area, DVD player, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The apartment is close to public transport (bus).
There's a Franprix supermarket just a 5-minute walk away for everyday shopping.
There are also numerous restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes on the Place Pereire.

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos.
