The location is near the metro, in a very nice neighborhood. It was more than enough for us (3 adults and 1 kid). It was clean with everything you need in the kitchen.
The heater in the bedroom did not function, but we managed to heat all appartment with the one from living room. There is also some moisture in the bathroom but nothing that disturbed us.

Le logement est très bien situé par rapport à l'arrêt de métro "Louise Michel". Pas de souci pour s'y rendre. La récupération des clés était facile. La propreté des lieux
Les fenêtre sont toutes opaques. Lors de notre séjour, les velux ne pouvaient pas être ouverts pour faire de la lumière, dommage. La salle de bain est exigüe. Certains murs auraient besoin d'être rafraichis.

Good accommodation. Very easy check-in and check-out. Good location, pretty close to the city centre and main attractions. Quiet and safe surroundings. Good choice for city breaks in Paris.
We travelled in the mid-March, so it was a little bit cold, and the heating system was not adjustable. Needs a little bit of renovation and to pay more attention to cleaning.
