Accueil sympatique du propriétaire, accès location indépendant. Chambre pourvue d'une bouilloire pour café, thé (et une pomme ! 🙂), micro onde et frigo dans le couloir à côté d'un belle salle d'eau et d'un WC.
Quartier très calme.
Location proche du tramway.
Parquet et literie un peu grinçants.
Propriétaire discret car les bruits portent notamment au travers de la porte vitrée de séparation.
(Éventuellement commodités à partager si la 2eme chambre attenante est louée.)
