About this apartment rental
Bright & nice T2 of 55m2, recent apartment (2012) in building of standing, in the last ETG av elevator, of 1 small joint ownership ideally located: in full heart of Saint Herblain market town and with foot of all trade.
This pleasant T2, facing south, answering the standards of the people with reduced mobility and handicaps, is at the foot of the shops of the village of Saint Herblain and at only 15 min by car from the Center of Nantes, 5 min of the Zénith and the big commercial area of Atlantis.

Large bathroom with a 5.5 m² bathtub
Balcony of 5m2
It has a private parking in the basement of the building (access by a badge).

On the 3rd floor (with elevator), it can accommodate up to 5 adults. (see description below).
Travelers have access to all the amenities of the apartment:
- In the kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge
- Living room / stay: table, 6 chairs, convertible sofas, armchairs, TV 81 cm + wifi internet
- Bathroom: washing machine + drying rack, bathtub
- large bedroom with double bed + removable extra bed.

However, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

Un appartement très correct à proximité de nantes et des grands axes. Une bonne adresse pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région!
Le parking est un vrai plus, les comuns sont très propres, et l'appartement est lumineux, spacieux, trés propre et chaleureux. La petite terrasse est un réel plus pour profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner en extérieur.
L'accueil y est vraiment très bon.
