Clear and detailed arrival instructions. Prompt communication with the facility provider/caretaker. The sauna was awesome, especially now in February. Not that it was too cold outside or in the property, but my girlfriend liked the warmth of it and it made her very happy. Also, the sauna was the reason why we have picked this over the other accommodation options. ;)
What didn't you like? - Most of the time I find this field confusing. Is it enough to write "nothing" or is it better to explain that all was great and there was nothing not to like? I would prefer this to be just a radio button choice, with optional field in case of "no" is chosen. We liked it all. But thank you for asking all the same. ^^
