We stayed two weeks and found the place to be clean and well maintained. There was a lot of construction noise (across the street) during our stay. Marc was prompt and helpful and the place is very convenient to neighborhood shops as well as the main Lyon transit lines (tram, bus, train)

The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was very comfortable and within walking distance to metro, tram and buses. The whole city was very welcoming and easy to get around. Walking distance from the train station.

We stayed two nights there. There was a hiccup in check-in process that owner wasn't present when we were already there at the building. We called and waited perhaps 15 min. Communication was not great, left messages but no return of calls. Cooking wares are old with scraped surface coating. Positive side is the big bath tub. Bedding was good. AC portable was annoyingly noisy and you must leave the window open for the exhaust and collect water in a bin. We reserved forn3 people but towels provided were only for 2 people...
