Very convenient for our needs
Very cold floor downstairs during winter months which needs rugs or carpeting

The apartment you're asking about was not the one we stayed in. We got swapped to number 1.Location was great.
Shower basin too shallow, hence floor puddled each shower.Not very well equipped kitchen if you were having a longer stay...( no hair dryer).Much disturbance from above,don't know how this can be reduced....sound proofing?🤷‍♀️
