Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza, la struttura era molto pulita e confortevole, sempre piacevolmente calda, soggiorno molto accogliente rifornito di cioccolatini, zucchero e cialde per il caffè. Aveva perfino lasciato cornetti e marmellata per la colazione. Il bagno molto pulito e bello esteticamente. Lavandino efficiente e spazioso. Doccia calda e deliziosa. Bel tavolo da pranzo e ben due tv con servizi streaming che garantivano un’atmosfera casalinga molto confortevole
Posizione un pochino scomoda nel senso che c’erano un po’ di scale perché l’appartamento era leggermente sopra elevato e diventa faticoso raggiungerlo con bagagli molto pesanti ma comunque ben centrato e Tivoli è sicuramente una città graziosa e accogliente da visitare sia per la bellezza delle ville sia per i vicoli molto graziosi

Great location near centre of town but in authentic neighbourhood, very cute apartment with washing machine and being high up had good opportunity to open windows for fresh breeze. Bed comfortable enough.
Great response time from owners. Also great restaurant suggestions.
Had no issues what do ever and would return if we are back in Tivoli (also a gem of a place).
Only suggestion to owners is for more cooking utensils (primarily sharper knife for cutting meats etc).
Word of warning to others if you have mobility issues, there are stairs to get to the apartment- absolutely no issues for us but just don’t be surprised by them.

Appartamento grazioso arredato con gusto, si salgono due rampe di scale, e’ veramente comodo per visitare le ville e il centro
Se non si ha bisogno della macchina consiglio il parcheggio su viale Roma che costa 4€ al giorno ed è il più vicino
Non siamo riusciti a guardare la tv, c’erano solo i canali a pagamento ma poco male si vive anche senza tv
