The location was perfect.
We needed fans on the second floor as it was very hot upstairs! Also the neighbours in 55 had a party on Saturday night, being so close together the noise was unbearable but we persevered until 10pm then asked them to turn it down or off, which they did straight away!

The property itself is well-maintained and spacious. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with sufficient space for everyone. A washing machine is available, although we did not use it during our stay.
The house is a newly built, two-storey property located within a regular residential community.
The property does not have proper parking as indicated in the listing. Parking is mainly on the street, and there is only a small and tight space within the property itself. We were fortunate to rent a smaller vehicle, as only one small car can fit. Larger vehicles, such as 4x4s or SUVs, would likely struggle due to limited space and neighbouring residents’ parking.
Additionally, this property may not be ideal as a holiday home or Airbnb. The surrounding neighbours were quite noisy, even late at night and early in the morning. For guests seeking rest and relaxation, this could be disruptive. In our case, we required proper sleep due to a sports tournament, and the noise made this challenging.
This property may be better suited as a long-term residential rental rather than short-term holiday accommodation.
