The house was spacious, clean, and tidy.

The bed had a broken mattress. One of the showers is leaking.

It was clean and modern inside and had great amenities. There was plenty of room for us all. Perfect for our netball team on tournament. There were also great shops, supermarkets etc... nearby

The view was amazing and it was very quiet. There is a park nearby with some equipment for children. There are food venues and shops a short drive eg Pak and Save. The house was clean with a good supply of linen and things like coffee, wash powder etc

Driveway and parking. There is a long driveway evident in one photo. This driveway is very steep, narrow, curves at the top with a steep drop off along the entirety of one side and a block wall on the other. One either has to back up or down the driveway as there is no where to turn around at the top. The driveway entrance has poor visibility when backing out or turning around to back up. There is only room for 1 car at the top of the driveway. The house takes over 10 people. The issues from the driveway and parking are obvious. We were grateful we arrived when it was light and not raining as no adequate formation had been provided about the driveway. The driveway and parking area maintenance was lacking eg : a lot of weeds and “moss” that could be slippery. We were leaving on a Wednesday and thus were “asked” to take the bin down this driveway. We felt this was unsafe especially with a full bin. This is an old house that has been partially renovated. We had to check we had the right address as the outside condition was poor compared to expectations based on the inside photos. Laundry: no instructions for the washing machine which did not spin the water from our clothes, no inside drying rack, no dirty clothes basket, no basket to take wet laundry to the clothes line, insufficient pegs . Kitchen: no oven dishes or trays of any sort. No microwave dishes for cooking. A problem as we did not realise and had bought food to bake in the oven. Rubbish bins: general waste and recycling found both to be full for the start of a 5 night stay for 7 people. We never received a response to this from the manager. We found the bathrooms cold and there are no heaters in same.
