all on one level, comfortable, homely, close to town, good access for beach,
there were a couple of mouldy damp patches in the bedrooms, most likely due to the time of year

Great clear communication beforehand, great to have allocated parking
Good lay out, stylish, comfortable
Close to town so didn't use car
Guess during season it would be busier/noisier
Good access to beach for walks etc
The heater in the bathroom is too hot, no clear instruction for how to adjust
Mattress topper on main bed was not secured on far side so moved during night, occupant did fall out of bed as a result
