Location was good. Plenty of room in caravan. Clean - cooker was immaculate. New TV, toaster, plates, mugs, etc.
The twin beds weren't comfortable and were on the small size. Some items looking worn (coffee table, carpet, etc) - none of these were a deal-breaker though.

Good location, very clean and comfortable!
Not really a negative but you do need to have the hot water on fast to keep it hot in the shower! Gives a good strong shower though so was good overall

very very close to the beach... just a few walks away making it easy to go many times and come home to clean and have a good shower.
The site also was very calm and not noisy
No network or wifi in the property..
I could not get in touch with the owner and when i called i was not called back
