The two holiday apartments are located separately in the owner's house on the well-kept residential property on the outskirts of the village (Eldenholz). The owner is rarely present due to his job. The beach, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of 1 km. This apartment is located in the basement. Separate access. Furnished with: Living room (upholstered furniture, TV, radio/CD), bedroom (box-spring bed), kitchen (electric hob, mini oven, fridge, microwave, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC (with window), central heating. The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
